Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with VELA. We want every order to feel thoughtful from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During live events, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you with an update.

Shipping Within the United States

VELA currently ships to addresses within the United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when shipping is enabled.

If free U.S. shipping is offered on the site, it applies only to eligible orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for carrier tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. VELA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact VELA promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
